  • How long does shipping take?

 

Please allow 7 business days for order processing and verification as well as 2-3 business days for USPS shipping and delivery in the United States. (Please allow 10-14 business for all orders outside the United States) Customers will receive a tracking number after items are shipped.

 

Processing times can be extended due to high volume order and sales! You will be notified by email if this occurs.

  • Do you offer “pickups” in Atlanta?

 

No, all orders will be processed and shipped through USPS. If you need an order by a certain date, please email sholarinco@gmail.com with deadline date and shipping rates for expedited shipping

 

  • Incorrect addresses and lost/stolen packages.

Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.

 

  • Do you make clothes for other brands?

 

NO, I do not do mass production or samples

 

  • Do you make PLUS SIZE clothing?
Yes, we offer clothing for all shapes and sizes! If you are interested in ordering and you do not see your size on our site feel free to email us at sholarinco@gmail.com with the garment you would like, your size, and your measurements and we'll start from there.
